An 18ft x 23ft platform approximately 8ft off the ground at the path end (11ft at the other end). The platform has a tree house of 8ft x 10ft with a balcony all round encompassing five trees. Headroom inside the tree house is 7ft at the eaves and 10ft at the apex. The roof has a waterproof membrane and is covered with 8inch feather board.

The platform floor outside is 6inch ribbed exterior decking and inside 6 x 1 planed timber planks. The tree house has waney edge board on the outside and is fully shiplapped, both walls and ceiling on the inside. At either end, inside the tree house, are two sleeping platforms 2ft 6ins wide. These are accessed by wooden ladders. There is a continuous hand rail all round with 2inch thick rustic pole spindles.

There are three opening windows and a nine pane stable door (all made to building industry standard). There is a knotted climbing rope and a rope ladder. There is a 5ft wide by 12ft manila rope climbing net which stretches from the ground up and over the handrail. There is also a stainless steel fireman’s pole. Access is by a wooden ladder. From the tree house platform a 17ft Burma rope bridge stretches to another tree with a 3ft wide platform all the way round the tree. From the tree platform a zip wire runs to a tree at the top of the garden.
