A 12ft (side to side or 13ft point to point) octagon tree house, sitting on a deck 25ft x 22ft, with the deck surrounding the beautiful old oak tree. The tree house is 11ft off the ground. There is a 3ft wide balcony all the way round the tree house and around the tree, on the fourth side there is a great deck of 10ft x 18ft. The tree house has waney edge board on the outside, tongue and groove board on the inside including the ceiling and an eight pitch cedar shingles roof rising to a wooden finial. Four double opening windows and a half glazed four pane door. There is a continuous handrail all round the deck with wooden spindles. Access is via a semi circular, open tread staircase with rope rails. From the main deack a 37ft ‘V’ Burma bridge leads to an octagon satellite platform round a second Oak tree. This platform is finished in the same way as the main deck. On this platform is a stainless steel fireman’s pole and a wooden access ladder.
