Simple summerhouse/retreat built on the edge of a small lake with the balcony projecting over the lake.

The quote included:

A 10ft x 10ft summerhouse with a 5ft x 10ft balcony projecting over the lake. The roof of the summerhouse to cover the balcony as well. Summerhouse finished outside in waney edge board with a corrugated iron roof which will be painted. Inside finished in shiplap. The doors onto the balcony made specially so that they fold back completely so that on a lovely summers day the summerhouse and balcony become one large room.
